If you use Slite as a Knowledge base, you will get consolidated reports in the insights panel from AskX and Slite Ask.
The Insights panel is here to help you with 2 jobs:
.1 by manually answering, so that your team experience improves over time.
.2, usually because the source is incorrect, to go fix the source.
Your team can report an incorrect answer by hitting the button in an answer. In the Reported
tab, admins will be able to see these.
By default, questions without answers will be listed in the 2nd tab of the panel, Missing answers
.
The panel is built for you to act fast and complete or correct your knowledge base in a few minutes.
So once you click on a question of the list you will be offered with a few actions:
- You can re-trigger the question and see if Ask is now able to answer it correctly, as documentation or sources might have since been updated.
- You can remove the question from the list (you can also do that in bulk, from the panel, to dismiss many questions at once).
- You can manually answer the question to complete your knowledge base.
