Insights

If you use Slite as a Knowledge base, you will get consolidated reports in the insights panel from Super and Slite Ask.

The Insights panel is here to help you with 2 jobs:
    See missing answers and fill the gaps by manually answering, so that your team experience improves over time.
    See answers your team reported, usually because the source is incorrect, to go fix the source.



Reported questions

Your team can report an incorrect answer by hitting the Thumbs Down button in an answer. In the Reported tab, admins will be able to see these.


Missing answers

By default, questions without answers will be listed in the 2nd tab of the panel, Missing answers.


Treating entries of the Insights panel

The panel is built for you to act fast and complete or correct your knowledge base in a few minutes.

So once you click on a question from the list you will be offered a few actions:
  • Generate new answer: You can re-trigger the question and see if Super is now able to answer it correctly, as documentation or sources might have since been updated.
  • You will also be given the option to explore and edit the relevant sources if the answer still looks incorrect.
  • You can perform the following actions from each question or in bulk, from the insights panel:
  • Assign a teammate: designate a teammate who can answer the question
  • Mark as solved: once you have the answer you want, you can mark the question as solved
  • Discard: remove the question from the list
