Who can invite new members
How to invite new team members
You can invite new members through the
Members & Guests section in your "Workspace settings."
You can also choose "Invite & manage members" after clicking your team logo in the top left.
There you will find three methods to invite your team after clicking "Invite members" at the top:
- Via email Send an email invite directly from Slite, if you have your team's email addresses on hand. You can do this for 1 or multiple email addresses at once.
- Invite linkYou can generate a link to give to your teammates, anyone will be able to join your team with it.If you delete the invite link and enable it again the previous link you have shared will no longer work.
- From Google or SlackYou can connect your Google Suite or Slack workspace to see the list of contacts there and invite them in one click.
Enabling auto-join
You can let your teammates discover and join your workspace, if they're using an email address with the domain of your choice (e.g.
clara@yourcompany.com.)
You can enable auto-join to allow all users registered under your email domain (
yourcompany.com) to join your Slite organization without receiving and accepting an invitation.
Turn on "Auto-join by domain" in the Security section to allow team members with an authorized email domain to join your organization without an invitation.
Auto-join will save you time, but keep in mind that all new members will be billed during the month they are added.
Set where new team members start
To help onboard new teammates to your workspace, customize the first doc everyone sees when joining your team. This may be found in your general workspace settings.
You can give everyone access to important information right away, and send them to a welcome doc that explains how your team uses Slite.

Can we use Single Sign-On with Slite?
Yes, on our Premium or Enterprise plan you can enable SSO for your team. Read more in the dedicated article:

Is there a limit to bulk invite?
If you need to invite a lot of people, you can use the bulk invite. If you're planning to add more than 100 people in a day, reach out to support@slite.com so we remove the limit for you.
