You can invite members to your Slite workspace using different methods — email, links, integrations (Google and Slack), or domain-based auto-join.
This guide covers who can send invites and how to manage the process efficiently.
Who can invite new members?
Workspace owners and admins can control who has permission to invite new members (members vs. workspace owners and admins) by adjusting the Advanced Settings (Security).
How to invite new members
Click your team logo in the top left and choose Invite members. Alternatively, choose Settings and go to Workspace > User management.
From there, click Invite and you will find three methods to invite your team.

Via an invite link
You can copy a link to share with your colleagues. Anyone with the link will be able to join your workspace.
If you deactivate and regenerate the link, the previous one becomes invalid.
To deactivate the link, click the Trash icon next to Copy.
From Google or Slack
Connect your Google Workspace or Slack account to invite contacts with one click.
Via email
Send invites directly to one or more email addresses.
Tip: To invite multiple people at once, separate the email addresses with a comma and no space.
Enable auto-join
Want users from your company domain (e.g. @yourcompany.com) to join automatically?
Enable Auto-join by domain in your Security settings. Anyone with a matching email can join your workspace without relying on an invite.

Note: Each new member will be billed as soon as they join.
Onboard new team members
Customize the first doc new members see when joining your workspace — for example, a welcome or onboarding guide. You can set this up in your general settings.

Tip: Consider prompting new members to add this doc to their Favorite Docs as they will see it only one time.
