Build reusable workflows with Assistants

Assistants help you turn a task you repeat often into a reusable workflow your whole team can run.

What Assistants are

Assistants are reusable, AI-powered workflows that turn common team tasks into structured, reliable processes. They enforce consistent context, run controlled searches across your connected sources, and remove the need for ad-hoc prompting.
Assistants are helpful when you:
  • Follow the same steps to create a report or summary
  • Need consistent answers across tools
  • Want teammates to self-serve something you usually do manually

Examples of Assistants you can create

Here are a few that teams already use:
  •  Generate your release notes from what's been merged
  •  Get a complete customer account summary in seconds
  •  Fill RFP forms in minutes
→ Browse more templates at  super.work/workflows
These are great examples of tasks with repeatable steps that Super can take over.

Create your first Assistant

Open Super and go to Assistants from the sidebar
    Click New assistant
Choose to start with a prompt or start from scratch
    Test the output
    Save your Assistant
If you have work you repeat weekly, try turning that workflow into an Assistant. It saves time, gives you consistent results, and makes it easy for others to run it too.

That’s it for this guide. If you have questions or get stuck, our  Super Help Center  covers common setups and edge cases.
