Getting to an answer can take many shapes. We started optimising for "knowledge" type of questions, but are building for more, with modes. You can try 2 of them already:

Internal - Test suite for Ask is in place. With internal tagging we saw patterns on type of questions asked and issues. We'll continue investigating but it gives us ways to improve the quality without doing back and forth.
