Use Super from Slack

To use Super in Slack, you need to integrate it with your Slack workspace. Once integrated, you can ask anything by mentioning @Super.
Permissions are respected: Super will generate an answer based on what the user asking has access to.
If they don't have the same email between Super and Slack or don't have a Super account, it won't do anything.

Ask Super anywhere

    Type @Super in your message
If in a thread, it will read it to reformulate the question
You'll get the answer with all sources listed
You can also go to the "Super" app in your Slack and message it from there.

Private channels

Super can index private channels with permissions handled through the email, but to see these listed in the sources panel, you first need to invite the Super bot in those channels.

Bind an assistant to a Slack channel

You might want questions asked in #support-questions to get answers from your Support assistant. You can do exactly that.
Go to your assistant settings to bind it to a specific Slack channel, all @super mentions from there will use it instead of the general search.

Automated Answers - beta

When Super detects it can answer a question in a channel it's part of, it will also send a reply automatically, in a message only visible to the user having typed the query.
You will have 2 options along with each reply:
  • "Share answer" to post publicly in the channel
  • "Turn off Auto answer" to disable automated responses
