To use Super in Slack, you need to integrate it with your Slack workspace. Once integrated, you can call ask anything by mentioning @Super.
Permissions are respected: Super will generate an answer based on what the user asking has access to.
If they don't have the same email between Super and Slite or don't have an Super account, it won't do anything.

You can also Go the "Super" listed app in your Slack and message it from there.
Private channels
Super can index private channes with permissions handled through the email, but to see these listed in the sources panel, you first need to invite the Super bot in them.
Bind an assistant to a Slack channel
You might want questions asked in #support-questions to get answers from your Support assistant. You can do exactly that.
Go to your assistant settings to bind it to a specific Slack channel, all @super mentions from there will use it instead of the general search.
