Filter and query options
Simple filters
In AskX you have 3 simple ways to manually restrict your question or query on a subset of entries. You can
- Restrict to one of the service you synchronise
- Restrict to a list of specific items (and their children)
- Restrict to a specific date range. In this case it will take into account the date of last update of the item.
Custom style prompts
AskX is designed to find answers for you, from the sea of information held in your tools. It is not designed for different type of assistance for now.
This being said, you can change the way it answer you with "prompts" specifying how it should reply to your query.
You can use our presets (
default, concise , or detailed), or set your own (it will remain stored for the rest of your session only, so keep it saved if you want to re-use it).
Language detection
Finally, AskX detects the language you use to answer in it. If unclear, you can specify a different one than what it inferred.
