Customize how and when you get notified — via email, in-app alerts, browser alerts, or Slack — so you can stay updated without the noise.

How to Manage Notifications

From your settings, you can choose which notifications you want to receive, and enable or disable email notifications.
    Click your team avatar in the top-left corner.
    Click Settings , then scroll down to the Notifications section.
    Toggle the notifications you want to see on or off.
If you still don't see notifications, make sure to have granted the required permissions in your browser or in the desktop app.
To get notifications in Slack, make sure to set up the  ⁠⁠Integration for Slack⁠ .
The email notification frequency can be set to:
  • Never
  • Immediately
  • Hourly
  • Daily
  • Weekly

Other Email Preferences

At the bottom of the Notifications section, you can opt in (or out) of product updates and knowledge management insights.
