Here is how you can export individual docs to back them up or edit them in other tools.
If your are looking at exporting your whole workspace, you can head over here.
You may export your docs in PDF, HTML, or Markdown format. You can also choose to print your doc (and save it as a PDF). Click on the three dot menu in the top right of your docs to save your work to your device.
Add a caption...
Choose Markdown if you want the basics (pure text format, but easy to bring to other tools and to edit), HTML if you would like formatting to be included, or PDF if you want to share the doc with someone outside of Slite.
You also have the option to print your doc, or save the doc as a PDF via the print option. The benefit of using Print over a PDF export is that you have more control over how the content is displayed.
Please note that you'll be exporting the current version of the doc, only. Version history and future changes won't sync with the export.
To export the metadata of a doc in a collection, the following option needs to be chosen: Export > Print > Save as PDF...
