By connecting Super with your Attio account, you can instantly ask about all your objects, lists, and records directly in Super.
This guide will walk you through the key aspects of the Super and Attio connection.

Connecting Attio & Super

This is the first step to get started. This section covers how to set up the connection between Super and Attio.

Required Permissions for Setup

To connect Super and Attio, you must have the necessary permissions in both platforms.
  • In Super: Permission to add or remove data sources depends on your team's settings. By default, only workspace admins or owners can set up a connection. However, a Super admin can enable a setting to allow all members to add and remove data sources.
  • In Attio: The user connecting the account must be an admin in Attio.

Initial Attio Connection

To begin, you need to connect your Attio account with Super.
    In Super, click Data Sources in the left sidebar.
    Find the Attio option and click Connect Attio.
    Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to your Attio account.A popup will appear. Click Confirm to grant Super access to your Attio account.
    The initial data sync will begin.
    Once the initial sync is complete, you can use Attio everywhere in Super as a Data Source.

Removing Attio from Super

To disconnect your Attio workspace from Super, click Disconnect from the Settings tab.

What We Sync

Super syncs the following from your Attio workspace:
  • Objects (e.g., Companies, Deals, Workspaces, Users, etc.)

Refresh Rate

New data from Attio will appear in Super every 12 hours, but you can always sync manually if you need immediate updates:

Metadata

To make your search results more useful, Super automatically indexes attributes from your Attio objects and lists.
To edit which attributes to sync, click Edit Properties next to a Source name (an Attio object or list), then deselect the attributes you don’t want to sync.
