By connecting Slite with your Attio account, you can instantly ask about all your objects, lists, and records directly in the Slite Agent. This guide will walk you through the key aspects of the Slite and Attio connection.
Connecting Attio & the Slite Agent
This is the first step to get started. This section covers how to set up the connection between Slite and Attio.
Required permissions for setup
To connect Slite and Attio, you must have the necessary permissions in both platforms.
In Slite: Permission to add or remove agent sources depends on your team's settings. By default, only workspace admins or owners can set up a connection. However, a Slite admin can enable a setting to allow all members to add and remove agent sources.
In Attio: The user connecting the account must be an admin in Attio.
Initial Attio connection
To begin, you need to connect your Attio account with Slite.
In Slite, click Agent Sources in the left sidebar (at the bottom).
Click + New source , then choose or search for Attio and click Connect Attio .
Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to your Attio account.
A popup will appear. Click Confirm to grant Slite access to your Attio account.
The initial data sync will begin.
Once the initial sync is complete, you can use Attio everywhere in the Slite Agent as an agent source.

What we sync
Slite Agent syncs the following from your Attio workspace:
New data from Attio will appear in the Slite Agent every 12 hours, but you can always sync manually if you need immediate updates.
Metadata
To make your search results more useful, the Slite Agent automatically indexes attributes from your Attio objects and lists.
To edit which attributes to sync, click Edit Properties next to a source name (an Attio object or list), then deselect the attributes you don't want to sync.
