Save hours by not only importing your documents' content but also the way you organised them in Confluence.
.1Open your Confluence
.2Go to ‘Space settings’ > ‘Manage space’ > ‘Export space’.
.3Choose the .html export format.
.4Choose ‘normal’ or ‘custom’ export according to your preferences.
.5Once exported, download your files.
.1Click on "Import" in the lower section of the left sidebara. Alternatively, in the Mac app, you can choose File > Import... from the menu bar.
.2Select Confluence as your source
.3Select your Confluence file from the file picker
.4Choose your destination channel
.5You'll receive a notification when the import is complete!
Users are not imported, this means that your mentions will be converted into text.
- The import will keep the structure of your documents intact.
- You will retain most of your formatting:
- Bolding
- Checkboxes
- Tables
- Images
- Document links
