Learn how to update payment information, access invoices, and manage billing roles in your workspace.
Only workspace owners, admins, and billing admins can access and manage billing settings.Learn more about user roles: User Roles
How to Access the Billing Section
To access the billing section:
Click your workspace logo in the top-left corner.
Select Settings from the menu, then scroll down to the Billing section.
From there you'll be able to:
Upgrade
View your current plan details
View your billing details
View your invoice history

How to Upgrade from Standard to Premium
In the billing section, choose Upgrade to go to the Upgrade screen.
You'll see the different plans available, their features, as well as the price for each plan (monthly or yearly).
To upgrade from Standard to Premium, click Upgrade in the Premium column.
If you'd like to upgrade to the Enterprise plan click "Let's talk" to start a conversation with us.
If you'd like to downgrade from a Premium to a Standard plan, please reach out to support@slite.com, we'll be able to assist you with this change.
How to View Your Plan Details
In the billing section, choose Curent plan to view the details of your plan, such as:
your docs usage (number of docs)
your used storage
the number of active members in your workspace
the number of credited seats in your workspace
View your plan details.
From there you can also click Upgrade to go to the Upgrade screen or click Cancel to cancel your subscription.
How to Switch From Monthly to Yearly Billing
To change your billing cycle from monthly to yearly, click Change billing period at the bottom of the Current Plan screen, then click Switch to yearly plan to confirm.

Manage Payment Details
In the billing section, click Billing Details to view your company information and payment method.
Viewing your billing details
You can click Update information to change your company information and click Update payment method to change the credit card on file.
If you are purchasing as a company, toggle on the switch below "Is this a business purchase?" and include your VAT number.
Updating your company details.
Payment by bank transfer is possible on enterprise and annual plans. To activate this option on your account, reach out to support at support@slite.com.
View Past Invoices
In the billing section, click Invoice History to list your past invoices. You'll be able to view their details (ID, Date, Amount, Status), and download them as PDF.
How to Add Billing Admins
Workspace owners and admins can assign Billing Admin access to team members who need visibility into payments (e.g. finance or accounting teams). To do that:
Go to Settings > Member Management .
Click the role dropdown menu next to the details of the user whose role you want to change.
