Our Knowledge Management panel gives you insight into the content and consumption of your knowledge base.

You can slice and dice all your docs and manage them at scale - in one central place. Change the owner of multiple docs in one go, filter docs by channel to easily verify at a glance, and manage outdated docs by archiving in bulk.



Where can you find it?

You can find Knowledge Management at the top left of your Slite workspace. It's available to everyone that is a member of the workspace, guests or readers are not able to see it.


What's in the Knowledge Management?

The Knowledge Management panel provides a comprehensive overview of document information, including the title, verification status, owner, number of views, and last edit date.
It offers the ability to filter documents based on their verification status, owner, or channel affiliation. Additionally, the date toggle allows you to view the number of views for the last month, the last three months, or all time.
By selecting one or multiple documents from the list, you can easily update their verification status or owner or archive outdated docs. This can be done individually or in bulk.
