Knowledge Management Panel

The Knowledge Management Panel gives workspace members a centralized way to review, update, and clean up documentation — all in one place. Guests  and  Readers  do not have access to the Knowledge Management Panel.

Review Docs at a Glance

View Doc Information

You can use the Knowledge Management Panel to quickly view details for your most viewed docs.
To get started, click Knowledge Management at the top of the left sidebar. From there, you can see their:
  • Doc titles
  • Verification status
  • Owners
  • Number of subdocs
  • Number of views
  • Last activity date

Filter Docs

By default, you will see your most viewed docs from the last month. Click Most viewed in the filter bar to switch between Last month, Last 3 months, or All time.
You can also filters docs by:
  • Verification status
  • Owner
  • Channel
  • All docs/Empty docs/Inactive docs
  • Your description
  • Use natural language to create smart AI-powered filers (e.g. "give me all unverified docs")
If you aren't sure where to start, there are ready-to-use templates you can use at the top:- "My outdated docs"- "My verification expired docs"- "My verified requested docs"- "My empty docs"

Take Action on Multiple Docs

You can manage multiple docs at once. Just select one or more to:
  • Update the verification status
  • Change the doc owner
  • Archive them
If you've changed your mind, press Esc to deselect all docs.
Click a doc title to preview and edit it in a modal.
You can also take actions directly from the preview and navigate to the next or previous doc with the arrow buttons on the bottom bar.
