By connecting Super with your HubSpot account, you can instantly ask about all your deals and their properties directly in Super.
This guide will walk you through the key aspects of the Super and HubSpot connection.
Connecting HubSpot & Super
This is the first step to get started. This section covers how to set up the connection between Super and HubSpot.
Required Permissions for Setup
To connect Super and HubSpot, you must have the necessary permissions in both platforms.
- In Super: Permission to add or remove data sources depends on your team's settings. By default, only workspace admins or owners can set up a connection. However, a Super admin can enable a setting to allow all members to add and remove data sources.
- In HubSpot: The user connecting the account must be an admin in HubSpot.
Initial HubSpot Connection
To begin, you need to connect your HubSpot account with Super.
In Super, click Data Sources in the left sidebar.
Find the HubSpot option and click Connect HubSpot.
A new popup will open. Click Sign in to your HubSpot account to proceed with the sign-in process. Another popup might appear and disappear automatically but no further action is required.
The initial data sync will begin.
Once the initial sync is complete, you can use HubSpot everywhere in Super as a Data Source.
Removing HubSpot from Super
To disconnect your HubSpot account from Super, select it, then click Remove Source from the three-dot menu.
You can also click Disconnect from the Settings tab.

Super syncs deals and properties from the past year.
Refresh Rate
New deals will appear in Super every 6 hours, but you can always sync manually if you need .
Metadata
To make your search results more useful, Super automatically indexes properties from your HubSpot deals (e.g., Amount, Close Lost Reason, Close Won Reason, Close Date, etc.)
To edit which properties to sync, click Edit Properties, then deselect the properties you don’t want to sync.
Access Control & Privacy
All Super members can ask about all the synced HubSpot deals.
