These are questions where Ask provided an answer, but the user clicked the icon next to the sources list to report it for the team to fix the documentation.
Users can optionally leave feedback which can then be viewed when clicking on a reported question.
Reporting a question and assigning a teammate to it.
When you click a reported question in Ask Insights, there are a few actions you can take.
Add a caption...
Assign a teammate if you haven't already
Ask again: Retry the question and see if Ask is now able to answer the question correctly, as documentation or sources might have since been updated.
Discard question: Dismiss the reported question in case the answer Ask gave is in fact correct.
Provide new answer: Create a new doc toanswer the question.
Solved Questions
In this tab you can retrieve all queries that have been solved by providing an answer in a new doc.
