Getting started with AskX

AskX is a new kind of company search, reading all the data your team produces to answer your questions and find valuable documents.

It is built to work despite the inherent mess and chaos your team produces.

Answering you, one step at a time

When you land, first thing you will see is an open input (you can explore the options to refine your query in  Filter and query options ). Once you submit your question, here are the steps AskX might follow to help you reach an answer.

Retrieving and analysing the right sources

Sources are key to know if the answer is trustable or not, but it goes beyond just listing links. AskX analyses them and explain why it is picking each, and what part of them it uses to generate an answer.

Getting an answer

You can specify the style of your answer with  style prompts .

You might want to keep on digging on the topic, so AskX suggests some related questions it can answer with the sources at hand.

Suggested precision

Sometimes, the answer is not great because the sources are not precise, or because the sources are not great.
AskX might detect that and ask you to refine your search, by refining to a specific time range, to a specific source, or by asking you directly for more context.

Media

Finally, the answer might not be in text. So AskX surfaces in the results the media related to your query ( .pdf, .mp4, .png, .jpg, etc. ).
