The Find & Replace feature allows you to quickly search for specific text within a document and replace it with new text.
Finding Text
To access Find & Replace, press Command-F (Mac) or Ctrl + F (Windows) while viewing any document. This will open the Find menu in the top right corner of your document. Then:
Type the word or phrase you want to find for in the Find field.
The feature will automatically highlight all matches in the current document.
Use the navigation arrows to jump between matches.
Collapsed sections will automatically expand when navigating to matches inside them.
Replacing Text
After opening the Find menu, click the right arrow to show the Replace option.
Enter the word or phrase you want to insert in the Replace field.
Choose one of two options:
Replace: Replaces the current match only.
Replace All: Replaces all instances of the search term in the document.

Important Limitations
Find & Replace is limited to the current document only.
You cannot replace text in documents where you have read-only access
Find & Replace works with regular text; you cannot use it to edit tags in tables or image captions for instance.
