Custom interface with our API and Zapier
From Slack
Setup
To use Super in Slack, you need to integrate it with your Slack workspace. Once integrated, you can use it in public channels by mentioning @Super.
How to use it
Proactive Mentions
Type @Super in your message
If in a thread, it will read it to reformulate the question
You'll get the answer with all sources listed
Add a caption...
Automated Answers - beta
When Super detects it can answer a question in a channel it's part of, it will also send a reply automatically, in a message only visible to the user having typed the query.
You will have 2 options along with each reply:
"Share answer" to post publicly in the channel
"Turn off Auto answer" to disable automated responses
Notes
Permissions are respected: Super will generate an answer based on what the user asking has access to.
If they don't have the same email between Super and Slite or don't have an Super account, it won't do anything.
If @super is not part of a channel, you will be prompted to invite it when you mention it first.
At this time, the Slite bot cannot answer in private channels.
You can access ask without switching context in 2 ways:
Open Super as side panel through cmd/ctrl + shift + K
Or get it in every new tab

Build your own, with our API and Zapier connectors
Finally, you can use the API (and Zapier) to do many things, including indexing a custom source for Super, but also building your own little Super interface. The /askendpoint lets you ask a question with the ability to precise which documents to ask on.
