Can you assign Questions?

Yes, you can add participants, set an owner, and assign a due date for the answer or decision. Participants will receive notifications automatically.

How to easily see all comments?

Click on the comment icon in the top right of the doc, and use the small up and down arrows to scroll through all comments.

Why can't I see all comments in one place?

While we don't have a unified "all comments" view, you can scroll through all comments in a doc using the arrow icons along the left of the block. We also have a section in the left sidebar to see all Questions & Answers at once.

Can I see resolved comments?

Yes, there is a toggle in the comments block when you click on the comment icon in the top right.

Why can some teammates not see some of the docs in channel where they have access?

There might be individual permissions set on nested docs.  Cascading Permissions 

Why does my teammate see a restricted error page when I send them a doc URL?

They might need to be invited via the share menu for that doc.  Sharing with Teammates 

Why doesn't anybody in my team have access to this doc?

The owner for your team can restore access via the "Channels" section of team settings.
If there are any admins left for the channel, they can grant access via the share modal in the top right of the doc.
