Where is your hosting?

We rely on  Google Cloud Platform . Our servers and databases are located in  St. Ghislain, Belgium, Europe .

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes, Slite is compliant with General Data Protection Regulation since the 24th May 2018.

Can the Slite user's 'Role' variable be pushed by OpenID Connect to ensure that everyone in Slite is showing the right role in their profile?

This isn't yet possible, but you can let us know if it's something you'd like to see us add!


How do I update the group info Slite shows in the debug panel from my SSO provider's groups claim filter?

Click on  refresh  in your user settings on Slite, and then check the debug panel to see the groups refreshed.


Help, members of my team can't log in! The error says "An unexpected error happened. Error ID: OPError." 

This error is typically associated with an expired Secret key in your SSO provider account.
Slite owners and admins may use the password reset option in the login screen to bypass the enforced SSO, and log into Slite to provide an updated / valid secret key from your SSO provider like Okta, AzureAD, Auth0, etc.

Someone with admin rights in your identity provider will need to take this action.
