What can you find in Slite?
For the admin: you can add a couple of examples of information that will be part of Slite.
There's three ways to navigate the content in your Slite knowledge base, you can:
Use the tree structure on the left-hand side to browse or go to docs you know how to locate,
Use Search to locate and open any docs you know are part of your knowledge base,
Or, use Ask to ask a question to your knowledge base, almost as if you were tapping a colleague on the shoulder. This is perfect for when you have a question, but do not know if or where information about this topic can be found.
Best Practices for Ask
For the admin: you can replace the example questions with something that is specific to your organisation and use cases. The more specific and recognisable, the better.
When using Ask, try to be as specific as possible with drafting your query. Examples of good questions are:
How do I log my days off as a full-time employee in France?
Who from the marketing team is working on the Tools Hub project?
How do I process a refund for a customer on our yearly Standard plan?
Tell me the advantages of the newly released Slack integration from Slite?
