How can I turn the blocks that show subdocs on or off?

When you hover over the title in a doc, you will see the option to "Hide" or "Show" subdocs. This can be turned on or off on a doc by doc basis.

Why can't I add linked docs in Smart Tables?

We moved the "record" / linked doc column type and database functionality into our  Collections (Databases) 

Do you have databases?

Can I hide the borders of tables or use them to make multi-column layouts?

This is not yet available, though we're working on it.

May I add a preview of an excel, sheets, or numbers file, or convert this file into a smart table?

It's not yet possible to add proprietary spreadsheet file formats, or to convert them to smart tables, but you can copy and paste cells, rows, or columns into smart tables, collections, or simple tables.

May I export a CSV?

Yes, you can export a CSV of smart tables or collections by clicking on the three line menu to the left of your table in the left sidebar of your doc.

Can I duplicate a channel to a new team?

To duplicate a channel, you can temporarily make it public (and make sure to enable the "Duplicate" button in your share settings.
You can then use the public link to open the channel, and from there use the "Duplicate" button to copy it back to your workspace. This "Duplicate" button appears in the top right of your public channel.

Can I add links in my smart tables?

You can paste a full URL to add a hyperlink in your smart tables. In  🗃️Tables  , you can highlight text with your cursor to use the inline editor to make a link, or paste a URL directly on text to create a link automatically.

And finally, in a near dev cycle we'll be merging the functionality of simple tables into smart tables, so we're definitely intending to offer regular hyperlink addition in smart tables, in future.

How do I copy a table?

Use three line menu to the left of a table to select it, and copy the table from the menu options. Alternately, in the body of your doc, drag to select the whole table, and copy it to clipboard via shortcut, or right click.

Can I make a task or to-do list in one place?

We don't yet have a formal to-do or task list, but you can request it via
